Wire Mesh
2″x2″ 16-gauge wire mesh ceilings are a cost-effective theft deterrent while still permitting penetration of existing fire suppression systems and lighting.

Swing Doors
Economical corrugated swing doors require minimal headers and open a full 180° to allow convenient access while moving items in and out of the unit. Swing doors are custom sized in widths up 3’-2” and heights up to 6’10”.

Roll Up Door
A space saver, roll-up doors do not require swing clearance, which is advantageous in parking garages. Wider doors are useful when storing large items or building maintenance equipment. Doors are available up to 6’0” wide and 6’10” high.

Diamond Plate kick plates & corner guard
These steel sheets protect your storage unit’s walls and hallway corners. Installed along the bottom of the exterior walls and on exposed corners, they protect the storage units from scratches and dents.

How it works:
Step 1: Ekmar + installs storage units at NO COST in a designated area of a property.
Step 2: Property leases storage unit to the resident. And will add to their monthly lease bill.
Step 3: Ekmar + will invoice property for the units rented and will stop invoicing property once resident moves out of unit.
What is needed:
Ekmar + will need a signed contract with property
Ekmar + will work with property to determine a reasonable rental rate for units
Ekmar + will install blocks of 12 units at a time as long as there is a waiting list
Ekmar + will be white exterior hallways with Orange or White doors and numbered signs
Ekmar + will make monthly trips onsite or as needed to determine if the units need touch up, repairs or any other maintenance
